As wedding photographers, we have had the privilege of capturing the special moments of many beautiful weddings, but there is one venue that always stands out in our memory: Leeds Castle in Kent, England. This historic castle, with its beautiful design and rich history, is the perfect setting for a truly unforgettable wedding celebration.
Leeds Castle is a breathtaking sight to behold. The castle rises majestically from the water, surrounded by the stunning Kentish countryside. Its beautiful design, with its towers and turrets, is truly a work of art. As photographers, we were able to capture stunning images of the castle as a backdrop to the wedding ceremony and reception.
The history of Leeds Castle is just as impressive as its appearance. For over 900 years, the castle has been hostess to royalty, nobility, and glamorous guests, making it a truly unique and special venue. We were amazed to learn about the castle's past and to see the way it has been preserved and maintained over the centuries.

"No food!"
Visited on New Year bank holiday. There was no food available whatsoever from the cafe. Why were the overpriced restaurant and cafe even open? They can't have been surprised by the bank holiday. Another potentially nice cafe served only ice creams and coffee, at any time.
Nice castle, average grounds. Just make sure you eat before going.

"Fireworks Event"
I last went to the fireworks 10 years or so ago. I have to say this year I was very disappointed.
First of all the website says come at 2pm. I thought by doing so I could see the castle or do one of the marked walks. Everything was shut unless you are a kid!
The entrance was just slippery wet mud!!
Instead of lasers on the castle there was boring messages to read whilst waiting for the fireworks to start.
As for the fireworks, the coloured lights spoilt it. The fireworks were too spread out and it went on for far too long. This event used to be the best there is. Bournemouth free fireworks after the airshow were far superior than what I saw today for £27 was it?
The fair, pathetic and food too dear!
Not your fault but I was at the front by the fence so I could see the castle and most. I found myself penned in and I couldn’t move. This blonde short haired woman was so close to me I could smell her breath. She kept digging me in the back through the the whole display. No need for that. Fireworks are in the sky! I’ve avoided Covid so far and don’t get too close to people. Today changed all that. That woman who was so close to me and squished me so I couldn’t move, she better not have Covid.
As for leaving the carpark. I was sent out the carpark, a different way, not the route I came in. Down the worst wet muddy road and then through a gridlocked village 3 miles more than my journey there. I’ve now got to wash my car!!! Thanks.

"Great service during COVID crisis"
We tickets to an educational event at Leeds Castle. As soon as the lockdown was announced they immediately processed a refund for our booking. Thank you for being so prompt. We look forward to visiting in the future
